The Lemon Cleanse Diet is an alternate name for the Master Cleanse Diet.  Another name for this method is the Maple Syrup Diet.  All three of such labels mention a dieting system conceived by Stanley Burroughs in 1941, moreover more recently re introduced by Peter Glickman in his book' Lose Weight, Have More Energy and also Be Happier in 10 Days'.  True to the kind of advertising before, Explore further Burroughs promoted his program as a detox program which aids in removing harmful toxins from the human body, for slimming down, a remedy for ulcers, and "every sort of disease" -- leading up to "the correction of all disorders".  It's actually reported to eliminate cravings for drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and junk food.  Even coffee, tea, and sodas are believed to lose their charm.
This technique requires consuming juice made from lemons or limes, maple syrup, water, and strangely enough, Cayenne pepper.  This's the only nourishment the dieter would be shooting in for the whole length of his or perhaps her clean, without having any good foods being taken in.  Proponents say that ten days is the minimum one should stay on the program, though several customers have reported to have remained on this particular diet for up to 45 days.  Problems sometimes occur when heading to the normal, good diet following the program, especially first timers, however, a lot of people went to ordinary diet programs with no difficulties the day time soon after the conclusion of the program of theirs.
At this time there are risks to watch away for though.  No scientific peer-reviewed research has proven that this diet does something other than promote weight loss.  Even then, the weight reduction is caused by dangerously low caloric consumption, which can cause problems and also other symptoms.  A lack of important nutrients as protein, vitamins, and minerals can make this dangerous for those with healthcare conditions.  As always, ask the doctor of yours prior to trying out something this way out.
