MasterChef Australia star Matt Preston is enjoying a well-deserved relaxing holiday after he quit Dancing with the Stars.
The celebrity chef, 61, shared a series of photos from his holiday on the Indonesia Island of Nusa Lembongan, including one of him soaking up the sun at the beach.
'Feet up, on the Sandy Bay beach at Nusa Lembongan…nice now the rain has stopped!!!' he captioned his post.
After losing 15kg from the show, the foodie indulged in some cheat meals and drinks as he soaked up the sunshine and even watched a game of AFL.
'From Moscow Mules made with fresh ginger juice and schnitzel with the fattest capers to giant beers and Balinese Nasi Campur, then diving with mantas rays and Pies on the telly in a sky-high dive bar with great homemade spring rolls and a view of Mushroom Bay,' he added.

It comes after Preston sensationally quit Dancing with the Stars after suffering an ankle injury on the first day of training.
Sunday night's episode saw Preston withdrawal from the competition after he and his partner, Jessica Raffa, failed to impress the judges with their second performance to Brian Ferry's Let's Stick Together.
