At this particular time of year our usually industrious business thoughts turn to seasonal traditions. But rather than family, peace and goodwill, our thoughts problem the traditions of the office party. And if you believe that nothing may be further from goodwill and peace than it afterward we've probably been to similar parties over the years. Whether or not the notion of the noise, gossip, cocktail sausages, crackers as well as liquid refreshments did not upset you then you may haven't yet considered a speech at this year's office party. however, it's a fact: the more you ascend the greasy pole of small business results, the better you reach the ritual which would be the office party speech.
