E-cigarettes bought at retailers is better in US states with minimal clean indoor air insurance policies and in areas with low cigarette taxes. The availability of vaping products in US stores is rising, especially in locations with low taxes and smoking bans. The FDA is planning on banning the
vapor sale of e-liquid flavors at convenience shops and gasoline stations. In April 2016 a minor lost the power to see in a single eye and was burned when a
cheap vape shop employee in a Brooklyn, New York mall inserted the incorrect battery into an e-cigarette and it blew up.
