In the beginning this may seem like a stretch...connecting your bowel health to your loved ones...but listen to me out there. I've seen first hand how the inner health of your bowel could greatly impact your connection with all the loved ones in the life of yours - family, friends and significant others. Few people shares these same issues, however, this article is from my personal experience of the hopes to encourage us all to end up being much more understanding and compassionate of all our individual needs.
The very first way in which the bowel of yours can affect your relationships with loved ones...mood. Your digestion is the 1st line of yours of defense against mood swings.
