Juice cleansing is not much of a panacea to health that is good.
The individual opinion of mine is that all juice cleanses are another fad diet. And, in fact, juice cleansing may be found with long-term and short- detriments to lasting wellness.
You will find a wide range of cleaning and detox plans -- from 3 day juice merely detoxes to 21-day anything and applications in between. While a 3-day juice-only cleanse might not have lasting negative effects they are not the remedy for jumpstarting weight reduction or a brand new healthy way of life either.
