Losing weight motivation...how often times have you been very motivated to lose fat? Like many, many people, most likely a good number of times.
Why then, do the weight reduction efforts of ours appear to always end with the same results? We seem to end up worn out and hungry with minimal weight loss, despite exercise. Next, we end up poorly motivated, or worse still, we're left without weight loss determination left at all.
The right formula is two words - good feedback. With it you'll be able to be unstoppable in the weight reduction efforts of yours. Without good feedback it probably is just a matter of time before you are sapped of any motivation which you had started out with. And positive feedback means you are getting results, good results. You're losing weight, feeling good and sticking to the plan of yours.
And so, why do we fail? One word, here...DIET! Dieting for many people means fatigue, hunger, and deprivation. Keeping driven for your workout routines while overcoming those three things after one day of work can make exercising a little tougher. This's precisely where weight loss motivation starts to fail.
DIET
Before long you lose interest (motivation!) in training. You see the weight loss slowing, or perhaps stopping, despite the fact that you are still "dieting" and still depriving the body of yours of food. After which you figure, "Forget it...it's not doing anything. I will be back on this stuff later." And that's it. Another round of dieting motivation crushed and an additional fat reduction attempt failed. Cheer up! It is quite common and you are not by yourself!
And so, how do you repair this? Well, you are already aware your exercise and dieting consistently seemed to fail after some time. And so this time, change your eating habits first. Discover ways to put you body into Fat loss Mode and not Fat Storage Mode. You are able to do this simply by changing everything you eat, when you eat and precisely how you combine foods in the meals of yours. It works fast and it does the job well. It is not dieting, either...it's solely modifying that which you eat and also the way in which you combine the food items that you consume. Once you're in Fat burning mode you'll start seeing major changes and
go now the positive feedback loop will be set and you are on your way:
change your eating style first
not
Positive feedback leads to a lot more,
