And it's not hard to see why; the theme's fantasy setting gives an ode to the past of feudal Japan and the characters are all adorable and cuddly, if not a bit on the shady side. There's also a some geekiness.
Insofar as Yo Jin-Bo's character is concerned, there's a trio of main characters to keep you interested with the above Yo and the oh-so adorable Jin and the psychopath who is petty Ittosai. The plot is a fantasy set in the feudal period of Japan, where the princess and her guardians are on the lam. The secret document found in a vehicle that was scrapped by the ruffian may be related to the princess's whereabouts.
The storyline also ties into the main characters' relationships. As with most visual novels the characters are inseparable which is a good thing. The plot is allowed to play a minor role when the characters are separate from one another.
The Happiest Fella
The Most Happy Fella has not been on the stage for more than one week, which is not the case for many of the patrons who have visited the theater in recent years. The original show was set to run through February. However the show was delayed due to a series of last-minute cancellations. The show is currently being presented at City Center and is scheduled to close on April 6. While The Most Happy Fella has been a tad tweeny for the last few weeks it's still a fun family show with an ensemble and cast that is sure to please. If you're looking to commemorate your anniversary or take a trip at the theater or simply want to know more, check out the show and you could be rewarded with a newfound family treasure. This could be the only show of its kind in New York City, and is bound to be one you will never forget. It's free, which is not always the case in New York City. Yu Yu Hakusho
YYH is an excellent anime featuring great characters, villains and fight scenes. It's an older series that has great animation and some great characters. It was originally broadcast on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. A few episodes of the series are available on DVD.
Yusuke Urameshi is a Spirit Detective tasked with protecting the Human World from supernatural threats. He is also Team Urameshi's official leader. He is trying to locate Raizen. He is also a fierce adversary of Genkai.
Kuwabara is the most fragile person in the group. His sword is made stronger by a sword's hilt. He also plays an important part in the story. He faked his death to unleash the power of Yusuke.
The show has some fantastic fight scenes as well as a couple of great villains. It's also a peaceful drama that focuses on character development. It's animated well and well worth the effort. The Japanese version of Sacred Energy has a similar story to YYH.
The anime series is a remake of the manga Cerebus Syndrome. However, the style of the anime is different. It cuts out some of its comedy stories and focuses more upon the development of characters. It also skips certain action.
The Perils of Pauline (1914)
The Perils of Pauline was originally a serial of 20 episodes. It is among the most adored silent films of all times. Pearl White plays the role of the heroine who is always in danger. She must defend herself against an evil "guardian" who is constantly plotting to kill her.
Harry Marvin (Crane Wilbur) is the son of a rich man. He is planning to marry Pauline however she is looking for her independence. Both are horrified by Pauline's choice. They plot a murder. Harry is an manipulative jerk, and does not want Pauline dead. He treats her like a wayward child. He is also as stupid as James Bond.
The Perils of Pauline was directed by Louis J. Gasnier. It was also modified in France for a release in 28mm. It was selected for the National Film Registry. Universal Studios rereleased the movie in 1967 as an updated comedy. Paramount Pictures also reissued the film in 1947 as an Betty Hutton vehicle.
The story is centered around Pauline's uncle's death, which leaves Pauline with one million dollars. She plans to spend the next year exploring the world before she gets married. However, an evil "guardian" of Pauline's inheritance is plotting to kill her. He hires a henchman named Hicks to help him. A character on the side uncovers the deeds of Hicks.
Once once upon a Time
"Once Upon A Time" transformed fairy stories. It introduced new characters, plot lines, and new characters. The show's final seasons introduced blander characters and plots.
"Into the Deep" is a decent episode, but it's not the best example of the promise that Season 2 has made. The storyline is excellent. But Emma's attitude is a little self-centered to be real. Is she really the only one with magical light?
