What if I told you that you can lose weight while still consuming delicious food rich in fat?

I have struggled all my life with abdominal fat. It's been a lifelong issue because while the remainder of the body of mine was thin, I've had some abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was selected to read a "round robin" poem. I was traumatized in first grade every time a boy named me "Chubby Checkers" (a popular singer in the 1960s who was slightly overweight). Even as a raw foodist, I couldn't get rid of the "apple shape," or having a somewhat bigger belly than hips.
That is...until I found the magic formula of fighting fat with fat. I have right now, at age fifty three and after menopause, gotten to the ideal weight of mine for the very first time after high school. I can proudly wear designer jeans, as well as dress like young women. And best of the, I no longer struggle to guarantee that it stays off. I have learned the secrets of fighting fat with fat.
In the 1980s there was a principle which we will consume all of the carbohydrates we wanted and that these wouldn't be saved as fat. Fat on the entire body came generally from extra fat in the diet plan, the theory went. And there are studies to confirm this theory, naturally. So the idea was to eat as little fat as is feasible. While there's some truth to that, phenq pills side effects; visit my webpage, in that fat in the food plan can more easily be stored as body fat, people who adhered to this particular principle went crazy in under ingesting essential fats. They suffered from depression, PMS, fatigue, and all types of maladies. Put simply, your body needs fat. Next to oxygen and water, fat is the central component of the body.
We today know that we need fat to burn off fat. We want the good fats to increase the metabolism of ours. Fats are required to make hormones which burn fat. our brains need fat, specifically the kind with DHA, which makes up 60 % of our brains.
