Buckingham Module Coding
The Buckingham module Coding system is a flexible system to assess the quality of the learning experience. There are a variety of assessments based on the nature and objective of the course. It also allows for specific circumstances that impact the final grade. It is not applicable to modules at the 1000 or 2000 level, or those that are part of the BA International Honours program. Students can retain their credits when a module is completed. However, they will not be considered in the calculation of degree classification. Students who fail a module are able to be able to take another test. In this scenario, the further assessment will be treated as the first attempt.

If a student is awarded an F they are given a second chance to review the module. The subsequent assessment will be treated as an attempt on the first try.
Special circumstances
The Buckingham Class station has an all-modular design and is not a part of its main structural structure. This module's code requires great attention and care. This is because the module's meter and other systems have to be thoroughly tested. It is also essential to disconnect all utility trunks and hard connections.
There are a number holodecks in the Buckingham Class station. These holographic systems are much smaller than the Federation Holodecks. They're not as precise which is why they are not suitable for enlisted personnel. The holographic capabilities can be found in 30 modules across the Federation. However, these holographic facilities were not part of the original design of the station.
This class offers large lounges with an atmosphere of relaxation. These areas aren't governed by rank, therefore officers with lower ranks don't need to address their superiors with the "sir" greeting. They can freely voice their opinions in a safe setting. The lounges are also thought of as to be the social heart of the station.
