So you've been in the gym four or perhaps 5 times a week and alpilean login - on front page - are eating properly.  Things are going very well and you are starting to discover a number of solid results.  You want to keep the momentum going and stay away from "roadblocks"...the small things which will surely wreak havoc in the workout program of yours.
Here's a handful of roadblocks that you should watch out for.  Knowing them is going to help you to remain seated on track with your fitness & fat loss goals...
One) Sugary drinks: Sodas, sugar and juices in the favorite drinks of yours are able to harm your weightloss results.  Instead, look to water.  Ensure you keep the body of yours hydrated & drink your 8 cups a day.  If you get dehydrated, especially when you are working hard out, your body will likely keep water in places you would rather it NOT!
2) Being TOO strict with the diet of yours: Small indulgences every sometimes are a good idea.image A bit of incentive every now and then goes quite a distance in helping your weightloss efforts.  Just look out for frequency as well as quantity.  
3)Not watching meal portion sizes: One way that is good to see food portion sizes is to purchase the "one serving" hundred calorie packages.  This manner by which, you're not mindlessly snacking away on foods.image
Four) Skipping breakfast is a "no-no": Never skip all of this important meal of the day.  This will significantly increase obesity risks.  Breakfast sets the tone for the day and helps to keep metabolic rate chugging along.
5) Not getting plenty of rest: You would be surprised what number of folks don't get their eight hours of rest per night.  Also, be sure to permit your muscle groups to rest 24 to 48 hours prior to working it out again.  Give yourself a couple of days or weeks away from every week from the gym.  Noone has to workout 7 days a week being as well as stay in amazing shape!  
It is all the small things that can make the difference in your fitness and weightloss efforts!
